The musical genius of Justin Bieber is back with his first Christian single and it is already inspiring his global following including many Christians. The song is called ‘Holy’ and you can watch it below.
The music video is timely, acknowledging how Covid-19 has affected the world, but how love wins through especially in times of pandemic. It’s a really moving presentation which may move you to tears.
The chorus contains these powerful lyrics: “On God / Runnin’ to the altar like a track star / Can’t wait another second / Cause the way you hold me, hold me, hold me, hold me, hold me / Hold me feels so holy.” It’s encouraging to know that no matter what happens we can run to God, feel His embrace and be part of his Holy people.
The video also features Chance the Rapper in the song’s bridge. “We believe in God and God believes in us!”, is one of Chance’s most thought-provoking lines. God certainly does believe in each person and it’s great that Justin Bieber has discovered life’s true meaning. So how did he come to faith?

Pray for Justin and Hailey Bieber that God will continue to use them both mightily for His Kingdom. They face much pressure living in the constant gaze of the world and its media which can be hostile to followers of Christ. Pray that they would keep shining His light and always keep it holy.
