It is no coincidence that we experienced a blood moon visible to North America on election morning. The scriptures repeatedly state God will show wonders and signs in the heavens before the return of our coming king.
“I will show wonders in the heavens above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.” (Acts. 2:19)
Beloved, our coming King Jesus, the rightful king of this world, is coming soon. He wants our eyes on the heavens and not on this natural world. Nations will be shaken, kings will rise and fall. And the Bible says that those who are looking forward to the Rapture are purifying themselves as they look for the coming King.
“Beloved, we are now children of God, and what we will be has not yet been revealed. We know that when Christ appears, we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as Christ is pure.” (1 John 3:2-3)
Lift up Your Eyes Your Redemption is Drawing Near
Grace Himself is calling us upward to purify our hearts from every evil. As we fix our eyes on Jesus, we are transformed into His glorious image. The winds of change are bringing forth His bride in this hour composed of believers, preachers, teachers, and members of the five-fold who are unrelenting in their focus on Jesus. We will not back down from the message of Christ, and Christ crucified, for it is the power of God unto every person’s salvation, healing, and deliverance.
“For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.” (1 Corinthians 2:2)
The Gospel is Our Message
The Gospel is not a secondary message. It is the message. The only message that causes our hearts to burn with passion for Jesus as we behold His extravagant love for us. The Gospel is not something we hear once, it is something we need to hear every day.
Beloved, only the Gospel of Jesus Christ is powerful enough to transform nations. We have seen throughout history how the Good News of Jesus Christ transforms nations. Wherever the Gospel is preached, it prospers, unites, purifies, and will do it again in this nation.
Eyes on our coming King of Kings
What is God asking of His bride in this hour, but to come up higher, to leave the natural realm for the supernatural. If you want to change nations, you need to change hearts. If you want to see others transformed, you must also be transformed. If you want to start revival fires, your heart must first be set ablaze.
He is asking that we do justice and love mercy. In the Cross of Jesus Christ, justice and mercy met in the ultimate showdown over every evil. Every time we redirect our eyes to the cross, we are reminded of who won.
No matter what happens in political elections, Jesus is calling our eyes back to the heavens. Let us remember today, Jesus won. Where does our help come from? It comes from the Lord, Maker of Heaven and Earth, and rightful, coming King of kings.
